Well the issue with immigration in France is that those « brown » and arabe people are not filtered, so we let anyone enter the country, resulting in islamic radicalisation, beheaded professors ( Chechenian that one ), massive shootouts… So people of colors (whatever the color) from abroad and France (as long as you been a little abroad to have comparison) is Paris that horrible or its just part of a narrative? France had a colonial empire, they are secular (some people think it means we oppress muslims ) so we MUST be horrible people, even today, right? I have a feeling this is a post-Charlie woke-anticolonial narrative that replace the vintage age-old "parisian people are rude and pretend not to speak english with horrible waiter" francophobic cliché. ![]() I really don't think so and I think Parisian are generally tolerant and open to multicuture but as Im white and French, I might be completely wrong and missing something here.
